You've got the right idea - moderation in all things! But it sure does keep you guessing - if even the experts can't stick to one story, how do they expect parents to?
Believe it or not - YOU are the expert for Reagan and YOU will know the right things to do - after all - you're with her all the time and you know her better than anyone else. Keep up the super parenting - you're doing a great job!
