Boston - Day 2

Yep. I am so slow at posting pictures. Sorry.

So Day 2 in Boston was a bit rainy and yucky. So we decided to swim in the pool at our hotel for a while. The girls loved that there were steps they could walk up and down. But the designer was a moron, why would you surround a pool with slippery tiles? The girls seriously could not take two steps without wiping out!

Then we played with our rainy day toys I brought along with us (I looked at the weather before we left). We played with some Strawberry Shortcake dolls and painted our fingernails with Princess fingerpaint. We also colored and played with some felt dolls. It was relaxing. Reagan loved her "Cinderella Nail Polish."

Kennedy showing off her pretty fingernails too! Look at how blonde her hair is getting!

One of my favorite pictures from the trip. The girls loved napping together. I frequently found them all snuggled up like this. :)
This is my other favorite picture. Whenever we got to go meet Daddy at the subway the girls would race across the field to him screaming "Daddy, daddy! I'm so happy to see you!"

Sharing an umbrella while we made our way to Harvard.

First we went to a Restaurant called Uno's. Hadn't heard of it before, but apparently it is a chain. The girls thought it was super cool to make their own pizza!

Such a proud little chef!

The statue of John Harvard, apparently people rub his toe for good luck? Anyways, about 1.5 seconds after I snapped this photo a busload of Asian tourists ran right up to the statue and started screaming as they touched the toe. Weird.

Kennedy likes to practice her photography. :)

Reagan does too, but Kennedy didn't want to be the subject...

Some building. Already forgot which one. The one they use to illustrate Harvard. Rick said Beaumont Tower is better!

The library (aka where Reagan will spend most of her time).

Kennedy knocking at the gate. Maybe she will be the Harvard student instead. :)

Then a stop at a cupcake store. Kennedy and I shared this one, Pink Lemonade. Yum.
