Yesterday was the first time Grandpa Miller got to hold Baby R. It was exciting, and Baby R thought it was fun! Due to illnesses Grandpa hasn't been able to be around Baby R a whole lot. We are hoping that everything will be cleared up shortly and they will have more time together. We know she would like that.

grandpa's lack of smile is only on the outside. he is thrilled and excited sitting with baby r - could barely pull himself away.

No question about his excitement, though. It was all he could talk about when I went over for lunch the next day...
